Mobile Arts Workshop Exhibition - Opening and Reception

Over the summer, the James Pearson Duffy Department of Art and Art History provided mobile art workshops for youth at community sites in Detroit. Abstract artworks were created at each site and will be featured in an exhibition at the Art Department Gallery Sept.15 through Oct. 20.

The Underpants

The Underpants is a hilarious treat, as a housewife finds her life descending into chaos as suitors come calling, threatening her marital comfort. Written by celebrated comedian Steve Martin, The Underpants is adapted from the 1910 German farce Die Hose by Carl Sternheim.

Noon - Lunch reception at Sweet Lorraine's Mac n' Brewz (light lunch will be served; cash bar)

2 p.m. - Show at the Hilberry Theatre
