The four following forms must be filled out in consultation with an academic advisor:

• Senior Rule provides an avenue for qualified students who plan to continue in graduate studies at Wayne State to take both undergraduate and graduate courses in the final undergraduate semester. 
• General Education Petition

• Declaration of program request for majors and minors
• Override form
